Key Venture Investor Forum (KVIF) is an invite only investor forum that enables a lifecycle approach to private capital support for high growth businesses right from discovery to portfolio management and exits.
It provides a networking opportunity with relevant peers along with specific sector knowledge enhancement.
KVIF is meant to be a platform to simplify the process for private investments for committed investors. As an investor, you might be an individual angel, a high net worth or an ultra-high net worth individual, a family office looking to build your investment portfolio and legacy or an institutional fund looking to invest in particular stages and types of companies.
Key Venture (KV) is the investment bank that has set up KVIF. The vision for Key Venture is to catalyse India’s entrepreneurship growth manifold by bridging the gap between the right nature and timing of capital investment and means of long-term value creation.

The membership is a invite only community. Interested investors need to be recommended by existing members or known to the founders’ of Key Venture to join the forum. KVIF team ensures the final decision on member selection to retain exclusive quality and the right intent for collaborative growth.

There are two kinds of membership at KVIF – individual and corporate. The specific categories and fees differ for each.
A certain pre-defined quality is expected to be invested by each new member within 24 months of joining the forum.
KVIF identifies a Lead Investor for each transaction, including either a KVIF member or an external investor.
Investors need to identify any possible conflicts for them to invest in a particular deal.
Members have access to specially curated pitch events, networking sessions, newsletters, and invitations to partnered events.
Opportunities are vetted by the KVIM Management Team, comprised of industry experts from amongst the forum members and/or VC funds. However, due diligence is the responsibility of individual investors.
Members retain complete autonomy in their investment decisions, free from any obligation, regarding investments in identified businesses.
