The current round saw participation from DSP Family Office, Venture Catalyst and Key Venture Investor Forum. This investment marks the foray of Key Venture into the Asset Management space. Key Venture’s Investment Banking vertical was the exclusive financial advisor to Knorish for this transaction.

Knorish has expanded its presence to 45 countries, with a user base surpassing 1 Mn end users, and fostering a community of over 41,000 academies in over 600 content domains. Their clients include prominent entities like the Bombay Stock Exchange, People Strong and Symbiosis University, and several other organizations, underscoring Knorish’s versatile applicability across various industries and educational domains
Notable successes include Sanjeev Kapoor’s Academy, earning $140K in three months, and Srimantha amassing $235K in course sales from 5,000 students amongst hundreds of other clients from over 19 countries.
Next Phase of Growth
Knorish’s growth trajectory centres on upgrading its tech stack, specifically enhancing GPT offerings and introducing enterprise-centric products. The company also aims to enable community monetization through cross-selling and funnel intelligence.
